⛳️ LIV Golf Swings Back into
Sterling for 2026

Driving the news: LIV Golf Virginia presented by Maaden will return May 8-10, 2026, at Trump National Golf Club Washington, D.C. in Sterling, VA—its second time at the venue after a record-setting debut in 2023.

Details:

  • The 2026 tournament is part of a 14-event global schedule alongside stops in Riyadh, Adelaide, South Africa, Mexico City, the UK, and Singapore.

  • Major champions like Jon Rahm, Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson, Phil Mickelson, and Cameron Smith are expected to compete.

  • Early bird tickets are available now for both general admission and Club 54 hospitality experiences.

Why it matters: This tournament doesn’t just bring global golf stars—it brings visibility and opportunity for Northern Virginia. Events like this spotlight Loudoun County and surrounding communities as desirable destinations for both visitors and future residents.

For local real estate, it’s a win: the exposure attracts buyers, boosts foot traffic to nearby businesses, and shows off the lifestyle amenities that make this region shine.

The big picture: This is LIV Golf’s third trip to the Mid-Atlantic and second at Trump National D.C., which sits on the Potomac River and features dramatic views and challenging terrain.

Its placement in Loudoun County—a fast-growing hub—makes it a strategic showcase for elite competition and fan-centric entertainment.

What’s next: Fans can expect more than just golf. The event promises live music, family activities, and immersive hospitality—making it a full-scale festival weekend.

🔥 Warrenton Named One of the
Hottest ZIPs in America

Driving the news: Realtor.com just named Warrenton, VA #38 on its 2025 list of the 50 hottest ZIP codes in the country—making it the only community in the D.C. metro area to make the cut.

Details:

  • Warrenton listings got 2.1% more views than the national average.

  • Median time on market: 25 days.

  • Median home price: $880,000.

  • Data covers January through June 2025.

Why it matters: Warrenton’s mix of historic small-town feel, strong schools, and commuter convenience is no longer a secret.

For homeowners, this national spotlight confirms what locals already know—Warrenton is delivering strong returns, attracting more buyers, and proving to be a solid investment in the Northern Virginia market.

The big picture: With only one ZIP code allowed per metro area, Warrenton outpaced real estate heavyweights like Arlington, Alexandria, and Fairfax County.

That puts this historic town on the map not just for its charm, but for its momentum.

What’s next: Expect more growth. With job hubs like the Dulles Corridor nearby and steady expansion in sectors like government contracting and healthcare, Warrenton is poised to stay hot through 2025 and beyond.

🏄‍♂️ $350M Surf Park Drops in Virginia
Beach This Weekend

Driving the news: Virginia Beach is about to become a year-round surf destination. Atlantic Park Surf, the East Coast’s first Wavegarden Cove Surf Lagoon, officially opens Saturday, August 16.

Details: The 2.67-acre lagoon is the anchor of Atlantic Park, a 10-acre, $350M oceanfront project led by Pharrell Williams and Venture Realty Group.

Built where the old Dome once stood, the project also features:

  • The Dome Music Venue (3,500 capacity)

  • 100K sq. ft. of restaurants and retail

  • Surf bungalows, apartments, and office space

  • Heated wading pool and beach club access

  • Located in the ViBe Creative District

Surf sessions run $90–$161 for 55 minutes, with up to 15 waves per surfer. Wavegarden Cove tech pumps out up to 1,000 customizable waves per hour across 20 styles.

The big picture: Atlantic Park Surf isn’t just for surfers. Beachgoers can lounge in cabanas, enjoy food and drinks, or watch the wave action up close with a Beach Pass.

And with WRV on board for lessons and rentals, it’s a launchpad for the next generation of surfers.

Between the lines: The technology powering the park — a 46-module Wavegarden Cove system — is the same used in top-tier surf parks worldwide.

Pharrell’s involvement signals this is more than just a passion project — it’s a cultural investment.

What’s next: Final prep is underway for Saturday’s launch. Surf schedules will open soon, but early voucher buyers can lock in prices now.

Lessons, rentals, memberships, and private sessions will roll out in phases.
